Discus and support Exchanging microsoft points - Is it possible? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I currently can't use my microsoft points for anything.     I currently can't use my microsoft points for anything. Is it possible to exchange them to microsoft money or something?

    That is not possible anymore.

    They took that feature off people some people were exchanging Microsoft Points for ranks in games , which is basically cheating and hacking, both of which is against the rules.

    External hard drive won't format - please help

    Exchanging it may be the best thing possible. I would consult with MS's support before that if there's any point in sending it for repairs. Otherwise exchanging it seems the best option.

    Exchanging microsoft points - Is it possible?

    If they are already on your account you just need to start a purchase on the console and the system will convert them to currency for you. If it's a code you haven't redeemed yet, the system should convert them once you redeem them.

    You can check commerce.microsoft.com to see how much currency you have on your gamertag. If the system is asking for a credit card then perhaps what you are trying to purchase comes to more than the amount of currency you have available.

    That means that you have no currency on your account. If you recently added a card to your tag then you should contact phone support.

    You can check commerce.microsoft.com to see how much currency you have on your gamertag. If the system is asking for a credit card then perhaps what you are trying to purchase comes to more than the amount of currency you have available.

    Buying points directly is not possible, what you can do is exchange your points for money from Xbox Live or Microsoft Store and use it to buy the DLC you want.
