hi my gamertag is I have 505 VIP points to use before the cross over on the 15 th of June i a trying to exchage them for a money gift card in the VIP vault but ever think in the 500 VIP section is out of stock can u help please ask way to use

Redeeming VIP Gems

When will the vault be restocked? I have 500 VIP Gems that I want to redeem for the 10,000 rewards credits or the Visa Gift Card, but they are both out of stock. I want to redeem these points before the transition to Microsoft Rewards
because the points will become useless. Their current value is worth $10.00, but after the transition, they will become worth $0.50. On your website you stated that the exchange rate will be 1 VIP Gem for 1 Microsoft Rewards Point. The difference is that it
takes 5,000 Microsoft Rewards Points for $1.00. That is an outrageous exchange rate! Please restock the vault, or change the exchange rate to more accurately reflect the value of the rewards.

We did a series of restocks over the last few months. Since the program is ending in your region, if you wish to spend your Gems in the Vault, you must use them on the current prizes in the Vault before the final transition to Microsoft Rewards.

We hear your feedback about Out of Stock or unavailable items in the MyVIP Vault. We are doing a series of MyVIP Vault restock deployments, the first of which already happened in the beginning of May. We'll be restocking with many of the items members have

The whole point of the VIP pass is that when priced dlc comes, VIP members get it for free, while non-members have to pay for it. Also, VIP members get exclusive DLC weapon and body skins.
