    Hi guys,

    So im at a last resort here. I've been having an issue with my Xbox one downloading an excessive amount of data (53GB in an hour). I have only noticed it happening since I started playing The Division and the online support has not been able to help me.
    Im using the bandwidth report in the network settings as a reference and my ISP downloads show the usage at the same times. Has anyone had this problem or have you found a way to fix it as I hopemy xbox isn't playing up

    Update: I found the problem was excessive RAM usage was making my available memory less than 8 gb.

    Edit-Closed the game. And it's not opening again... I'm about to give up lol

    Instalation stopped problem

    Same boat here.

    Only solution I found was using the network transfer from my second xbox (which works fine) and downloding at night. For what i have seen, the problem is about an excessive internet usage, and the console cant even properly start the download, while if you
    try during night (like 3 am) it will go normaly.
    This problem has nothing to do with excessive internet usage. The other workaround is to us a usb 2.0 cable to the drive after install has stopped and click try again and it will transfer. Then put back usb 3.0 after the transfer. But this is bull.

    MASSIVE data usage for latest update

    Well, latest update is that Vodafone have waived the charge for excess usage, so no massive bill (€674 - forgot that VAT at 23% had to be added).

    However, I do have a case number with xbox Live Customer Services, so hopefully they may be able to shed some light on what caused the usage. The dongle remains off when not using the xbox, so data can't be used!
