Excessive Swearing

If someone harasses you online just report that person or block him from further abuse.

Don't use other gtags in the forums, that is against the rules!

People are being banned for uploading video clips that they are swearing in on the Xbox One. Still a bit much IMO, but they're not just randomly banning people because they're swearing in online matches.

Players should not be rewarded for not swearing,but i do think they should be punished for doing so,if excessive.

There were many reports of microsoft threatening bans for those that swear on uploaded gameplay on the xbox one.

Not sure if they actually banned anyone though.

Since no one here works for the enforcement team we can't exactly say if it was a late ban or from the instance you're referring to. Suspension length can vary depending on severity of the action as well as any prior enforcement actions. So if you had previously
received suspensions on the account, that would have been what contributed to the 2 weeks.

Even though the game may be rated M, everything else on Live has to remain E for everyone.

Im fully aware of the code of conduct and I was told it was for EXCESSIVE swearing. My video contained 2 uses of the F word. Like I said, clips of any rated game E and above can be viewed online by anyone, most games rated 16 and above contain a lot of cursing,
will Microsoft ban/remove clips of the next Gears of War game, very doubtful.
