    Hi all , I don’t know how to speak English properly I am French I use Google...

    The first time I was banned was when I said insults to a friend in private several times in a row.already there I find it limiting it is a friend I actually know in addition to !

    I waited one day and was banned seven minutes later for seven days!!!

    I wanted to complete the questionnaire so that I could reach them, but it is not translated into French, so I am mistaken and I have to wait 24 hours to start over.

    I find it unacceptable that such a service does not provide a means of translation !I phoned Xbox live and they’re going to bring this up

    It’s not normal what happens to me! There’s a problem

    If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

    PSN has comm bans as well when you are reported. You were banned because someone reported you and the ban was extended due to multiple infractions. You should probably review the code of conduct a little more carefully.

    hi there you should always obey the code of conduct more than likely your friend has reported you as Xbox only take action on items that are reported.

    Can be but with the fact that happens to me I do not any more want to give some money(silver) while it is very bad to manage for the first contact, for people who indicate for nothing. Besides 8 years of games(sets) it is the first time that it happens
    in interval of 10 minutes. Too bad I was a faithful customer but I get loose from it
