    Since no one here works for the enforcement team we can't exactly say if it was a late ban or from the instance you're referring to. Suspension length can vary depending on severity of the action as well as any prior enforcement actions. So if you had previously
    received suspensions on the account, that would have been what contributed to the 2 weeks.

    Even though the game may be rated M, everything else on Live has to remain E for everyone.

    Hi

    You will need to use the Xbox
    Enforcement web site     and if the suspension is in excess of 24 hours the option to request a case review should be available.
