Excess funds deducted. No service provided. Game Pass

I bought a game pass for INR 50 . However INR 71 got deducted from my account. I have no record of the transaction with Microsoft. The only saving grace is the bank transaction that went through. Also, the xbox game pass still isnt active. Help required.

Normally it should show your Order number under your Microsoft account. From here in the forums, you can check by clicking on your name/avatar in the upper right and clicking Microsoft Account. From there, you should be able to view your order history.
If not, I'm sure Xbox Support should be able to see it for you and get the Order number. Good luck and I hope you get this fixed asap.

Just contact Microsoft support and when you speak to them they should be able to fix this for you.
