    I really wish I knew where to leave a great review for a tech support rep for Xbox. Kenny was my superhero for making an old nostalgic videogame of mine finally work again for my Xbox 360. He rocks

    "An exceptional accomplishment"

    Not unlocking my achievement! I have completed all the requirements for it multiple times and still nothing. I have seen people unlock it without even completing the requirements. The achievement I'm talking about is "an exceptional accomplishment" which
    has you do the whole story mode on realistic. PLEASE GET ME MY ACHIEVEMENT I have tried everything... Been trying for 2 weeks now. I'm tired of it and i either want my achievement or my money back.

    Just thought I'd leave my personal opinion on some great customer service from one of the X Box live support representatives named Joe, He displayed great customer service and support. He had a great attitude and was extremely knowledgeable when it came
    to account management and games in general. I would like to thank Joe sincerely for his assistance. I'd also like to hear what other good experiences you on a the community have to say. So sound off on the board below.

    My Account was FIFA 12 Hacked... and now I AM PERMANENTLY LOCKED WITH NO APPEAL? How is that fair?

    And a lock should require a call to customer service. Just about every service I have EXCEPT MS does that.

    Try contacting Xbox Customer Service (not Xbox Ambassadors) but it's probably gone for good.

    Once it's deleted there's nothing you can really do about it except giving it a try through the Xbox Customer Service Support.
