took about 4 hours to do an update today and once the update was finished I went to do my usual ratings and quest and noticed my badges within the insider program had been reset even though I'm level 23 and after trying to rate content I received this message
"illegal operation attempted on a registry key marked that has been marked for deletion" followed by the error code (Excep_FromHResult 0x800703fa). I have been a member of the program for nearly 3 years.....

Just turned on my xbox for the first time in 2 months error code 0x800703fa

Open PowerShell as Admin and type this command in and problem solved here! Thanks so much!

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

Ok so I originally removed the store from windows, I did this to re install it:

Get-AppxPackage windowsstore | Remove-AppxPackage

Get-AppxPackage xboxapp | Remove-AppxPackage

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

Then I upgraded to Windows 10 Fall Creators and now everything works fine.
