Excellent Assistance

I have just ended a pretty lengthy phone call with quite possibly the friendliest and most effecient customer service representative I've ever had the opportunity to talk to. Microsoft has an employee named Sabian in their Kingston, Jamaica location who
was an absolute joy to work with. If there is any kind of bonus or incentive that your account representatives may earn from customer satisfaction, this gentleman deserves it and then some. I am not normally one to go out of my way to give feedback (good or
bad) and often times I skip any kind of survey after service but I feel that this employee more than deserves the recognition. I was very frustrated and even cursing at the beginning of the phone call and he remained patient, calm and collected as he helped
troubleshoot my issues. He answered a ton of questions for me and went the extra mile to make sure I wouldn't need to call back again. I have been awarded highest customer satisfaction accolades for the last 3 years from my job and I believe I have just learned
a thing or two from Sabian. 5 stars, 11/10 rating from me. Sabian, if you see this, you are doing a phenominal job and I wish you the very best. To whomever else may see this, (supervisors I am talking to you) make sure this employee is well taken care of.
He's the best by far that I've spoken to in your company. Thank you again!!

The best thing to do is keep an eye on your email and in the next day or two you should find a survey from the microsoft support team about your interaction with sabian and fill that out for him. That will definitely get to his supervisors more then posting
in this public forum.
