Excalibur Avatar Costume (warframe Xbox one)

Hello, Warframe has a free avatar (Excalibur suit) costume that is to be awarded when completing the "it keeps getting better" achievement. It has been many months since I completed the achievement and
I have not received the token. In addition I have contacted the developers of warframe about the issue and they stated that I need to contact xbox support. I contacted a support person (xbox gamer) and they told me I would need to post a question here as
my issue is best seen by the"Xbox Rewards Team".

I apologize for the strange issues in font. I would very much like to receive my excalibur reward costume for successfully completing the warframe acheivement.
