Evolve Ultimate GwG not redeeming correctly.

It is NOT redeeming correctly. I had to go through and redeem each item

separately on the website because none of it registered as being owned

when I redeemed the Ultimate package, including the game itself. And

guess what? There is no way for me to redeem Kala, it just says I can

buy a copy for $4.99. She's supposed to be included in the Ultimate

edition.

It also TOOK AWAY my license for the Behemoth until I

went and manually redeemed it on the website. I've owned that monster

for years as I got it for pre ordering the game. There is something very

wrong with this right now, it straight up refuses to give the licenses

out when you redeem the package, and you can't redeem Kala separately.

I need this fixed so I can get Kala, please!

Hello Maur, upgrading this way will not work.

In order for the conversion to work correctly, you cannot have an active Ultimate on your account, you must have an active Live Gold to redeem a Game Pass Ultimate later.

In your case, you must wait for this month of the Ultimate to end, then redeem the Gold and then an Ultimate again.

Let me explain correctly. If you redeem your code now you will get 4 months ultimate. here you can see conversion rate (bottom of the page)

There is no turning back from ultimate to gold, you have read that in the agreement before converting to GPU. You have two options:

1. Wait until GPU expire, then redeem Live and go back to ultimate on some discount, or by buying one-month ultimate (better option). You will get 13 months Ultimate.

2. You can redeem now and get 4 more months ultimate.

Don't be affraid. I kept 4 codes of 3 month game pass for over a year. No one redeemed them.

It is not that easy.
