Evolve Open Beta download issues

When I tried to redeem a copy of the free open beta for Evolve this evening I was met with some resistance. When I tried to begin downloading from the Xbox Store on Xbox One it originally told me that I was not allowed to download rated "M" games. I am sixteen
and understand the restrictions on "M" rated games in my country, so I went to get a parent and had them try downloading with their parent account. This is when I ran into the problem at the heart of it all. When the parent account was signed in the icon to
begin download in the Xbox Store said "Bundle only" and would not allow me to redeem access to it. When I switched back to my child account while the parent account was still signed in it still would not let my account download a rated "M" game. I was really
looking forward to giving this game a try but this difficulty is troubling. Is there anything that can be done to fix this? Also, I don't know if this effects anything but the parent account does not have Xbox Live Gold. My child account has Gold and the Xbox
One console that I am trying to download Evolve Beta on is my home console so the parent account still has access to online features through my account. Please help!

Evolve Open Beta (cant download)

Evolve is not download on Xbox one there is problem with Xbox live I try look up evolve open beta on Xbox one do not find evolve open beta I had download this before with Xbox one xbox live was working how do I redownload on Xbox one

That's due to the system issues that have been occuring today. I haven't been able to download anything except the Evolve open beta on the X1. I can't even buy anything.

 

It say the samething on my account bundle only, but the thing is that my account has xbox live and its still not working

 

so yeah 2 days see my friend living one block over play Evolve open beta I want to download this misleading "OPEN" for a download when it says bundle only

 

Xbox one and Xbox 360 xbox live is having problems still like download evolve open beta is not download

 

The issue isn't with your parental settings

It is open however you have to remember betas are ruled by international laws too

Due to laws on advertising on mrated content

Trailers and demos including betas are not allowed to be viewed by minors

Regardless of parental settings

Parental settings only affect paid content since they are not ads
