Evolve - GWG not appearing in "Ready to install"

I installed Evolve - Ultimate Edition as part of this month's Games with Gold. I have since deleted the game from my hard drive, but it doesn't show up in my "Ready to install" list of games/games library.

I have an active Gold subscription and have tried to log in and out of my profile. Moreover, it is the first time that this has happened with a game (or a games with gold game).

When I go to the store, it says that I have already acquired the game.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Has any games shown up? If not you may need to check you have the latest update. If they have you may need to restart your Xbox for them to show up

 

Hey there moritz!

Let's give your Xbox One a power cycle by pressing down the Xbox button on your controller and scroll down to settings and select the option to Reset your Xbox One. Once you start your Xbox One up again, check to see if the title is showing as part of your
Ready to Install list.

If it's not showing there, please attempt to "purchase" the game here on Xbox.com instead to see if that helps your access to the game.

From the steps you outlined, I assume you meant restart and not reset my console. I've done the former, but the game still doesn't show up in "ready to install". I also made sure it's not hidden.

Moreover, as described in my OP, if I try to purchase the game on xbox.com, I just get the message that I've already purchased the game. It also shows up in my game library on xbox.com.

Any other ideas? Thanks!

 

Thanks for the clarification moritz.

Along with singing out and back in with your profile, can you try removing it completely, followed by restarting your Xbox One? Once you start your console back up, redownload your profile to see if that helps.

It seems that after doing everything you advised, I downloaded the game again (for the 3rd time) and after deleting it, it finally appeared in my "ready to install" list. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to access it anymore next month.
