Evil Within 2 Crashes On Start Screen Gamepass PC

Was playing the game last night having a great time, went to play again and every single time without fail when I hit start it crashes.

I found one of the other guides for someone having a similar issue and followed it to no avail, I went to properties and set a few things to automatic and still nothing.

I already restarted my computer and did the regular dump the cache stuff so please just give me an actual fix not the same copy and paste response thank you. It really shouldn't be this hard to test to see if the games work on gamepass, this is a common trend with the service.
