everytime I try to start a game the system completely shuts off on me

I have tried multiple games and the system completely shuts off on me and won't allow me to start a game

Please completely shut down your system. Leave it for 30 seconds then power it back on and try to start up the game.

 

My Xbox One X is having problems with the recent update

Everytime I start a game my console has a problem and when I start Xbox one X supported games it's worse, I clicked new game on Skyrim and my console froze and completely shut down, division and wild lands my console nearly does the same, having performance
problems

 

Oh! I'm sorry to hear that have you attempted any troubleshooting steps? I'd like to guide you through some but i would need to know what you have done so far.

If you haven't yet lets power cycle the console, first hold the power button on the console until it powers down once done unplug it from receiving power and sending HDMI signals. Wait an estimate of 5-6 minutes, then plug it back in boot up the console
and let the green loading screen go through again once done launch your game(s) and, see if it still persists.

 

I have tried that and it still shuts after trying to launch the game

 

Like i mentioned above I'd like to know what you have already done to resolve this.

Lets try clearing alternate MAC address settings - network - network settings - advanced settings - alternate MAC address - clear - restart.

If it still happens you may need to factory reset to fix / resolve it. settings - system - console info & updates - reset - reset and remove everything.
