I purchased the special edition X1 for COD AW yesterday 11-4-14. It took 5 hours to download the game. Then I have received the following error. COD AW service is not available at this time please try again later. 8 hours later and I still receive the same
error. I conducted a network settings test. I am connected to the internet just fine but when I do a Mp connection test I receive an error of 100% package loss. I have restarted both the router/modem and hard restarted the X1 and still the same issue. I
conducted a detailed test. Download speed- 123.97, Upload speed 11.99, packet loss 100%, MTU 1480 and it does not give me a latency number. I conducted a hard restart of the router/modem and the xbox 1. Still receiving the same problem. Netflix and Youtube
work just fine.

xbox live not working - I can't play multiplayer!

Everytime I try to play aw it won't let me play multiplayer and I go to take a multiplayer connection test and it says that I have 100% packet loss and idk what to do? Help?

Multiplayer Test - 100% Packet Loss

I've had this console less than 2 weeks and yet to have played anyone online. I can access xbox store, download games.... but I can't play anyone online. It won't let me join any lobby with other people. Did a multiplayer connection test and it says 100%
packet loss. What does this mean..... what do I have to do to get this to work?

Whats your NAT Type? I usually get this same error when trying to access AW Multiplayer but after a few tries it eventually works.

Whats your NAT Type? I usually get this same error when trying to access AW Multiplayer but after a few tries it eventually works.

Since the new update this morning (or maybe it happened during the night) my Xbox 360 freezes everytime I try and play cod aw multiplayer.. it takes me into the game but it shows me spectating (spelling) and when I push start and click on change weapon
loadout it freezes!

You won't see them in the folder. For premium members they are automatically unlocked in the actual Multiplayer Update, and Multiplayer Update 3. You can test this yourself (first make sure you have all of the above files Multiplayer Update, Multiplayer
Update 3, and Multiplayer Update 4, along with Armored Kill) go to your game browser and try to look for a Close Quarters or Back to Karkand map specifically and join try to join. If everything downloaded successfully it will simply let you in the online match
and you'll be able to play on those maps with no problem.

Mine says the network connection is fine but it won't let me do anything not netflix or Hulu or games I play offline it keeps saying I need to connect to Xbox live but my test network and test multiplayer say I should be able to use all service's
