    Borderlands 2 & Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel launch error

    I'm having trouble with Borderlands: the Handsome Collection. Everytime I launch Borderlands 2, it says I don't own it (Error code: 0x803f8001) but I do own it and I'm connected to XBox Live! plz fix!!

    i need help everytime i try to get into xbox live it tells me to update or to rensure my security so i type in my email then pass and it loads for a second then bam it says error code 80151012 plz someone help

    i bought a used xbox360 and created a live account online with my computer. everytime i try to load xboxlive it says a update is required. when i click to download the update it says it cant and gives me error code 3CD6-0000-0030-8007-2751 what does this

    I'm sorry to see any game launching issues. That error code generally relates to Home console game sharing, or ownership issues. To verify, this account is the one that owns the game, correct?

    Be sure to check out your
    Subscriptions and Services     page, too. This could be related to your Gold if you are Home sharing and it's lapsed.
