Everytime I start a game I get disconnected

    Everytime I start a game I get disconnected


    Everytime I start a game on my xbox 360 I immediately get disconnected. Then I can't sign back in while I'm in the game. I also can't join any parties. Can someone help me?

    Everytime I start a game i get disconnected from live

    The 2 wire 3800 HGV-B is a combined modem and router in one device. And then you have a second router connected to the same Internet connection (DLINK DIR-600L). This will cause your inbound connection to have multiple layers of NAT. This is not a proper
    set up if you haven't already configured the 2 wire 3800 HGV-B to operate in bridge mode. If I'm not mistaken, this action has to be performed from your ISP's side to get it proper set up.

    If its possible, can you try connect the Xbox directly to the 2 wire 3800 HGV-B to see if the problem persists.

    Post back and let us know how it goes.

    Does this issue occur no matter which game you try to play online? Are you getting any error code after you've been disconnected from LIVE?

    Appreciate if you can post up the make and model of your router and your modem as well. Is your Xbox connected with an Ethernet cable or to your wireless network? If wired, is your console directly connected to the router?

    This has been going on all day. It isn't anyone's ISP, router or modem. It is from Xbox's end. It is safe to say if you're having this problem you will not get on MP today/tonight.

    Re-downloaded my profile and it's working now Everytime I start a game I get disconnected :)
