Everytime I go into an app or a game, I get disconnected from my Xbox Live Party

Since the update on November 12th, everytime my friend, or I creates a party, and I go into something like Settings or Fallout 4, everyone goes silent, and I check the party and it says Im not in a party. It doesnt even give me a notification saying I got
disconnected. Everything was fine before the update. Any way to fix this? Because this is extremely irritating.

Party chat issues

Same here everytime i close the party chat tab the party get deleted. My friend gets disconnected 3 seconds into joining the party everytime

 

Randomly get disconnected from Xbox live on Xbox one

I randomly get disconnected from the internet when ever I go into the Xbox store or I go into an app ex: I go into the twitch app I can look at the stream for 2-3 minuets then I would get disconnected from Xbox live and the connection would come back within
a few seconds it also happens in games ex: I play battlefield 4 when ever I want to go into my battlelog it would take a few minuets then I would be disconnected from Xbox live and the connection would come back within a few seconds another ex: I go to the
friends tab on Xbox one and it would say can't see friends now and then I would be disconnected from Xbox live and my internet would come back within a few seconds so basically I can't do anything on my Xbox without getting disconnected from Xbox live and
no it is not my ISP I already contacted them they did what they could and said it won't them
