Everything's Gone Horribly Wrong

For these past two days, my Xbox One has being acting strange. The following are some examples:

• When I turn the Xbox on, the same four friends appear online, and in the same game, even though they are not.
  
• When attempting to create a party, I am greeted by error 0x8000FFFF
• My profile is inaccessible for me to use.
• When I try to load Black Ops 3, a message pops up saying, "We couldn't get your latest save data" and the fan FLIPS.
  
• My network and multiplayer connections are crystal clear and perfect (exaggerating a tad bit), BUT I cannot connect to Xbox Live, no matter how much I try.
  
• Countless other issues.
• Some statistics: Infinite restarts, hard resets, and unplugged routers. Packet loss = 0%, Wireless Strength = 88%, Download Speed = 27.32 mb/s, and Upload Speed = 3.8 mb/s.

Profile can't be downloaded.

I wish someone would, I wanted to play skyrim but everything's gone.

When fan fic goes horribly wrong.

 

try this....

go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up , re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

Remove your profile:
support.xbox.com/.../remove-profile-from-console

Adding your profile back to the console:
support.xbox.com/.../download-your-xbox-live-profile-to-another-xbox-one-console
