Everything works but my home screen

Everything on my Xbox One works fine but the home screen. When I turn on my Xbox, it shows the green loading screen, then opens the home screen, but then after one second the home screen fades to black. If I press the home button on my controller, the popup
menu will still open on the screen, so it isn't turning off the screen. If I navigate to the games and apps from the popup menu, I can still open games or apps, so everything works except for the home screen. I need help. P.S. I just opened a game then closed
it and the home screen works again but I'm not sure for how long.

4oD and Netflix Wont Play video?!!

I have the same problem with the machinima app when i try to play a video it takes me back to my home screen the xbox home screen not the machinima home screen but everything else works fine is anyone else getting this prob too

 

bf4 - so sick of losing my save game

It's hit or miss. My BF4 works perfectly on my console. Yes, it has crashed to the home screen a few times, but after the update on Dec 19th, everything was fine.

 

I'm sorry I can't help but came on to say I'm experiencing the exact same this morning - so maybe not a personal problem?

 

My home screen worked for about 15 mins i was checking on it as i was playing Peggle then it went back to black.

 

same exact problem here...I'm glad it's not just me.

 

I hope this gets an update soon.

 

Hey Guys! This problem should be resolved now. Power cycle the console and give it another shot. Post back and let me know how it goes!
