    Everything takes too long to start


    I am having a huge problem. Every game or app that I try to use says it is taking too long to start please try again and I get code (0x8027025a) every time. It's been two days since this has started happening. I can't even report the problem to insider program
    because that app doesn't work either

    Taken too long to start

    Have you tried a hard reset? If not, try doing one. Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console it helps with so many things.

    If you have the game on disc, try cleaning the disc.

    Try this guide
    HERE     to see if it helps out with that error, it's possible the console needs a factory reset, but see if it helps first and let us know how it goes!
