    Last night my Xbox one would not load up any game i wanted to play, I performed a reset and once the xbox opened up to home I was greeted by an error message that cortana took too long to start and the tab that says to connect to XBL. I tried to check my
    connection and NAT type since i had just gotten it opened by my provider. The NAT type loaded after about 5 minutes and said "Unavailable" and underneath said something along the lines of no service issues can be identified at this time. Overnight last night
    I unplugged all parts of the power cord and let it sit. At about 4:30 today (the next day) Plugged it in and found the same issue as before. I've started to move my games to an external drive in case of a factory reset. I was wondering if there is any other
    fix (already tried hard resetting several times) that doesn't involve a factory reset? I cant think of a reason for this to happen, however, my internal storage had only 1 GB open (i cleaned it a bit and tried again). And by the off chance that it has some
    effect, My brother just got an xbox one that he plays on the same wifi, Lastly, i am hooked up through an elgato HD60 if it matters. Please respond ASAP as I only have 1 day of free time to play aside from this afternoon. Thanks...

    Everything takes too long to start

    I am having a huge problem. Every game or app that I try to use says it is taking too long to start please try again and I get code (0x8027025a) every time. It's been two days since this has started happening. I can't even report the problem to insider program
    because that app doesn't work either

    Hey CruzinGiant80! Are you still seeing the "took too long to start" errors or was it only the initial start up? If so, make sure no updates are being installed and try again. For the NAT, having multiple Xbox consoles on the same network can cause some
    issues, try having your brother disconnect his console to see if it helps. Post back and let me know how it goes!

    Can you please run a connection test to XBOX Live and see if you get a NAT error. You can learn about what a NAT type is and how it relates to getting into a match with other players over the XBOX Live service, I suspect this is what's going on here. Please

    I'm having that service alert thing too when I run connection tests. Since GTA online and the BF4 beta came out I just can't join xbox live. It's really starting to *** me off to be honest. I just want to know if this service alert could be the reason why
