Everything restricted because of Name and Shame and Poor Sportsmanship

I hate to brag and this usually makes the person look like an idiot when they do so sorry for it.

Im just better at competitive gaming than most people. Yet this stupid REP system is easily flawed and exploitable.

I have been playing elite dangerous for awhile now and two weeks ago i went on a Galactic killing spree. I killed probably 60 or so players and this causes them to lose there stuff. It is a built in game mechanic and you even get a bounty and labeled a pirate
for doing so. I was also hunted by tons of other player groups and killed them too. I then have sat for about two weeks without killing anyone in Elite. Now i just grabbed destiny a few days ago, and i wreck in crucible. Now i am all of the sudden restricted
from EVERY game except for Elite!

I cant find matches or players in Destiny, games in BF3, communication restricted in ESO and restricted from different Apps. All for what?
Playing the game as intended! I have been told by other random people to ****, they will kill me, to go F*** myself and ENDLESS harassment in the form of messages. Yet i don't report it. I killed them and they get mad. Now i was communication
banned almost a year ago on 360 and i stopped all trash talk. Ill admit i called some kid trash in destiny this morning for the first time but if you were to check my messages you may find 3-4 trash talking messages that are simple name calling such as "trash"
or "go back to COD" Nothing vulgar, and this is in a span of months since my Cban almost a year ago. You will also see the random harassment that has been sent to me. Yet what happens to them? Nothing!

I have also been a target of naming and shaming on a few forums and reddit. The reddit posts tell people to avoid me and now i cant play any sort of multiplayer except for Elite which is the main cause of the problems. Seriously i pay for the service and the
games and i get this BS for just playing. Its to the point that i want a refund on everthing i have purchased this last month including the xbox one. Its ran by the players, huge clans full of little kids make a single post for everyone to avoid me and now
im stuck with *** to nothing but one game. Sure Elite is great but WTF!

I also have noticed i am not the only one suffering from the same issue. Am i innocent? Yes to an extent of the game mechanic allowing me to play how i want. Or my skill giving me the ability to come out on top.

You may think your rep system is flawless, but the players are those who see it not you. Some may deserve it but it is so easy to exploitable.

Now ill go ahead and sit for two weeks on it and see if it improves if i play by myself. If not then i expect it to be fixed or a refund.

No, it is not allowed on these forums to "Name and Shame". Please use the in-game report feature to deal with them.

However, you do mention that you can play Elite Dangerous but no one else will play online with you due to posts on other forums.

If this is actually the case then I apologize but there is nothing that anyone here will be able to do to help you if other players are voluntarily avoiding you due to posts on other websites. As for refunds, you can certainly try contacting phone support
to speak with them but I don't think they will authorize a refund on purchases simply because you are unable to play online due to either enforcement actions or avoidance by other players.

 

Unfortunately, the system is based solely on other players reports of you, so you will need to play online until your rep improves. Unless an actually matchmaking ban was issued you will eventually be able to get in a game with other players. I suggest doing
everything you can to seem like you're playing fair and not overly aggressive. Hopefully your rep will improve with time.

 

There is no way to speak to the Enforcement team about this on their site as they only do case reviews for actual enforcement action...like suspensions and bans. They don't do case reviews for reputation.

 

Any ambassador that suggests speaking to PET is obvious not familiar with the fact that they don't actually reply or try to help anyone, with anything other than canned messages. Just speaking with support was infinitely better than dealing with this. Time
to take it to social media, and mail microsoft LCA arbitration for assistance.
