Everything is uninstalled!

Every single game and app on my Xbox just uninstalled. Out of nowhere. This is a very annoying thing because I have a lot of stuff installed on my Xbox. Like a terabyte of stuff and I have to install it all again. I would like this bug to be fixed because
one I don't want this again and I don't want anyone else to go through this. P.s. fix YouTube. It's glitch. Like really bad.

Jigsaw Jammer not loading

Problem solved. Uninstalled Microsoft Jigsaw and re-installed. Everything is working just fine.

Upgraded to Xbox one s but a problem

i uninstalled everything on xbox1 and reinstalled on xbox1s and all the games were there

Sorry to hear about the issue. Do you share your Xbox One console with anyone else that may have removed content from it? Or is it possible your console was factory reset somehow? That is not expected behavior or anything we have run into elsewhere so it's
definitely unusual.

In addition to reinstalling everything make sure that nothing else was deleted like save games and dlc.

This'll sound incredible, but I reactivated the console to test the rest method, and...they were all there. I don't know what happened, but it's working.
