Everything is not working right

so as of early March I renewed my Xbox Live and Xbox Live Rewards did not update my account and I only got 1200 credits which I should have had my 8% by the time it renewed

we will duplicate your payback Credit event from March to reflect the double percent back you should have received from your Gold status. Once we receive word that this issue has been resolved, and are able to verify this with your account, we will update
the thread.

We have deployed our fix for this issue, and can confirm you are now being listed as a Gold member. Your delayed April payback was also paid out at the Gold level, and our adjustment to duplicate your March payback was successful. Apologies for the inconvenience.
