Could I know if doing a factory reset via the Xbox startup app helped, or how did you manage to solve the issue?

Do you have USB accessories connected to your console?

You may want to disconnect everything except the HDMI and power cable before trying again.

I tried all of that. The only why I can access the settings is to Xbox menu but it will not load I don't have to app and still has the same amount of storage available

Are you not able to access the Xbox startup troubleshooter, do you not hear two power-up beeps, or what happens exactly when you try to access the Xbox startup troubleshooter?

Besides that, what's the Xbox model you have?
