    Everything erased from a profile.


    My brother in law and I play on the same XBOX One. Today I played in the morning and everything was fine. But now he turned it on and while his profile appears all his advance and achievements in all the games ere completely gone.

    Does anybody knows why does that happened?

    Can be fixed?

    sorry im still quite new what do you mean by erasing your profile from your hardrive and downloading it again if i erased the profile wont everything disappear

    erased harddrive

    I was playing a game it froze I shut it off turned it back on the next morning everything was erased game saves profiles everything but it still says I have 58gb left out o 120 which is what I had left when everything was still there. This is a disaster
    about 6 years of erased gaming.

    Xbox home screen freezes/won't load up properly

    Anyone else is having this problem sees my form I did have to choose the erase everything option for it to work but it was worth it. It didn't exactly erase everything either it only erased all the apps and account/profile settings, but it kept all my games.

    try to download from another device, check to have the latest system update, if that doesn't become useful try to delete your profile and redownload it (this will not delete any games or apps) but if you will not have to restart console, erasing everything

    Forza Horizon 4 ERROR CODE : E:47-0 (invalid profile)

    Since it says invalid profile you may need to remove your profile from windows and redownload it but since that erases everything your only support would be to contact their support here:
