Hey SUP3R 54V4GE! To help you out can you tell and try a few things - Can you specify your modem and router, brand and model? Also, the error codes indicate the console is unable to log in and there is a connection issue in your system, would you be able
to bypass the router to test?

What Country/State/Province do you live in? United States, East Coast

Modem brand & model number: Fios

Router brand & model number: Fios.

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter? Both Wired and Wireless have been tried

Things you have tried: Tried PS3 Works fine on same settings, laptops, desktops, exc.

IWho is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Verizon Fios

After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

W: 0000 - 000B

X: 0000 - F001

Y: 30A8 - 4840

Z: 0000 - 0000

ID: 0006 - 0000

L: 8015 - 190E

Q: 8007 - 0435

T: Wireless and Wireless again have been tried

A: Neglected to put IPs/255.255.255.0

G: Neglected to put IP's

D: Neglected to put IP's/0.0.0.0

Again, I know enough about networking, and have had this setup running hours on end everyday for years/months so I'm very positive its not a personal issue.

If someone sees something that can be better explained that would be great.
No point posting try manually entering, reseting router, hard reset, changed wep, ports are wide open always have been.
Also Live status all say UP internet and network both say connected.

Miss Kleo just pointed you in the right direction...I was studying for my math test while trying to help you at the same time,which probably wasn't a good idea... "Lol".

By the way,incase your problem wasn't resolved,go to your router's login page,in your browser,"Type" 192.168.1.1

Preferred web browser "Interner Explorer 9"

Okay,so once you get to the login page,you'll be prompted to "Enter your Username & Password"...

Go to your router's setting,I have a "Linksys Router",so to open the ports,I would have to navigate to "Applications & Gaming"...

Then I would port forward:

"XBOX" 80 to 80 = Both 192.168.1.100 ✓

"XBOX" 3074 to 3074 = Both 192.168.1.100 ✓

"XBOX" 53 to 53 = Both 192.168.1.100 ✓

Getting the picture yet?

Could you tell us if you have tried to restart your network equipment (modem/router). Could you post up the make & model of your modem/router.

Before you configuring network ports to be open with Port Forward/Virtual Server could you try with UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) to start with. Make sure UPnP is enabled. If its not, turn on UPnP. Click Save Settings and reboot your router.

Clear your Xbox system cache. This will remove temporary files and data from the system cache.

Here's how! Reset your Xbox network settings to factory defaults. To do so:

Turn off your console.
Wireless connection only: Unplug the Xbox 360 Wireless Networking Adapter from the USB port.
Turn on your console.
Press the Guide button on your controller, go to
Settings, and select System Settings.
Select Network Settings.
Select Wired Network or the name of your wireless network, if you are prompted to do so.
Select Configure Network.
On the Additional Settings tab, select Restore to Factory Defaults.

Make sure your router is up-to-date with the very latest version of firmware.
