Everything but the console itself has died

So tonight I got on to play with friends, and my headset didn't work.

So I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in. Then I reset the console. Eventually I checked the console help, it said to update my controller.

So I tried, and it stopped updating at 0%, and killed my controller. So I tried my other controller, this time removing the batteries, again, it killed my controller.

Plug and play won't register as charging, fresh batteries and a charged plug and play won't work. Neither controller turns on. What do I do?

My Kinect Died...

Well, I've unfortunately joined the ranks of those with hardware failures. My kinect died yesterday and will not turn back on. I've unplugged everything and replugged everything. I'm just hoping it is the sensor itself and not the port on the console...it'd
be a lot easier to ship the kinect than the system...

Off to phone support I go!

app has died

When I look in the app store it shows I have Magic Jigsaw installed. When I look on my list of apps installed it does not show. It will not allow me to reinstall it and will not allow me to play it. All I get is a black screen. I need to reinstall it
as I have made purchases.

I need help to reinstall the app.

If it's still under warranty take it back to where you purchased it or you could call Xbox support and explain what has happened.

No one here can really help you other than give advice.

I feel for you man id be *** if my console bricked my controllers and possibly my headset.

sure would be nice if we could use our 360 controllers.

on top of everything else we have to worry about our console bricking our controllers too wow

It sounds like the ethernet port on your console itself has died. Mine did once so I know. The only thing you can do is set up a repair and fork out $100-$120. Do not attempt this your self or allow any of these "game repair" shops to do it. Once they/you
open the console MS will detect that the next time you sign into LIve and ban your console.

my jigsaw app says something about no longer available. Tried following instructions, won't let me sign in . Microsoft account says I'm signedin and xbox says I'm signed what's the deal ? Worked before the last update to my pc.

Do you have a friend with a external power source (cord and brick) that you could use to see if perhaps your brick has broken? I thought my Xbox was broken because it also wouldn't turn on but after doing what I suggested to you I found it was my power brick
that died not the Console itself. Hope this helps
