    im not going to lie im just as mad as everyone in here but i did a few searching and found that xbox team have said they have fixed the issues which is a lie, in which case i HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU CALL them and tell them your issues, if you have not figured
    it by now there no one from the xbox team that is going to answer anything on here. the more calls the better its the only way to actually have their attention yes the wait times are crazy i waited 110 minutes for a call back, but i stuck with it. so quit
    posting and start calling the more people call the bigger of a priority this issue will have. i dont know about you but i want this fixed...

  2. WWE 2k15 issues, issues with support techs.

    So, Thursday evening I came home to my xbox and tired to launch WWE 2k15. It gave me the insert disc error x87de2712, but i digitally downloaded the game and dlc as it was released. I talked with two agents telling me the solution was hours away. Last
    night, 36 hours later, I got in touch with an online agent named Karl, who had me reinstall the game, but I couldnt because it kept trying to charge me 80 dollars. He then told me it was still an issue on microsofts side, after all of that. I wasted many hours
    trying to make the game work, and my girlfriend nearly left me while I was trying to fix this game. I am back on it today, and its still trying to charge me 80 dollars. We are now up to 48 hours, and I have no game. I was wondering if I could be reimbursed
    some microsoft credit or something. and maybe figure out whats wrong with my game.

    Account suspension due to unsettled balances on an expired card, How do I settle this?

    Phone support are the only ones who can help with billing issues. Make sure when you call that you are selecting the option for billing and not regular tech support.

  7. even if it were posted on the support forum they cant do nothing in public with your account on a forum. at least this way people can start calling and microsoft worry more about this issue instead of the 14 days of gold membership. the more people call
    the better a priority they will give to this problem.

    latency raised for no reason

    this did the samething in march and when a tech told me in march that the engineers know about this issue and give it a day or two it went back to normal and now its doing the samething and support keeps saying im the first one they have heard about this.
    So i need everyone that you know thats having this exact same issue and to call tech support so this issue can be fixed
