Everybody who is banned read this

It was about me at the start I'll be honest, all I wanted was to get my account back. But after getting more and more involved each day I realized that it's not just about me I would get my account back and the problem would still exist. That is why I thought
hard and deep about my idea which is at the top that could solve this problem.

As someone who personally got affected by this I feel sorry for everyone else. What about the fathers who bought their son digital content and don't even know how xbox works. They are just told that everything is gone that is there money they choose to spend
on their kids. I can't imagine how frustrating it is to be a father and not appropriately punish their kids.

Like I said a million times I do not justify what some ppl have done but taking away everything is not the right punishment. This is a gaming console they are basically taking away everything that made u a gamer in the first place. Loyalty should be a factor
in deciding what punishment is given always as well. After all loyalty is the foundation of keeping a healthy business.

But anyway enough said I could honestly go on. This is what happens when u join grade 11 debate class.

Your majesty how did you become an ambassador? Let me guess by "using a companies products and services for a certain amount of time" they saw fit to choose u.... unfortunately... to assist other gamers with their problems... idk but that sounds like "special

want to help ppl and not get rid of them. However u want to get rid of me maybe that is where ur getting mixed up.

Lol and if customer support is sending ppl to the wrong place what are u doing to "address" this problem? Are u doing what I'm doing? Are u putting in any effort to change this? No ur... idea of adressing a problem is lazily insulting other hard working
ppl.

Option 1: keep ur dignity and endlessly reply to me and I will promise u I will always reply back always 1 step ahead of you. Because right now I think it's fair to assume I'm winning this fight

Option 2: stop replying, stop fighting and stop persuading me. U are only helping me get more votes and showing everyone how good u are at ur job.

How exactly am i going to post proof of something that isn't happening? Proof that customer support often give out the wrong info & tell people what they want to get rid of them is all over these very forums if you look around. Where's your proof ?

I chose to becomes an ambassador,i wasn't chosen & I highly doubt you talk to customer support every day.

It might be a good idea to find out how things work,it is clearly stated in the ToU/CoC what will happen if your account is banned.if someone does not read that then it's their own fault.

You have not been a victim of anything,you violated the rules,either severely or several times,you were caught & you were punished in the way you agreed to when starting your account.

How about accepting responsibility for your actions.There is no exploit.Someone is reported,that report is investigated thenif the person has violated the rules they are punished,if the haven't then nothing happens,it's really quite simple.

You carry on answering,the more you do the more you show your lack of knowledge of how things work,although this thread should of been locked up ages ago because you are posting false information.

You mention a problem. What is exactly the problem you have with the rules that you where given and agree to follow when using XBL and unfortunately you've violated them? Hence you have been punish rightfully according to the rules.

Taking away everything happen also in real life like someone committed a grave crime and was sent to prison, taking away his life, liberty to live normally and with everything he has outside. That is a more server punishment then what happen to you just taking
away your video games. Its a big difference just ask someone in prison trust me.

Loyalty has got nothing to do with it. No matter how long you have been with Xbox no one should be above the ToU and CoC of Xbox which you have agreed to follow since you've made an account with Xbox. You got no real excuse not following it.

Now if everyone is allowed to buy back there permanent account. Then as Daft Badger said so beautifully it will make a complete mockery of the ToU/CoC & xbox live enforcement doing there job rightfully.

That's as worst as some criminal buying his way out of prison for the crime he has did just because he can pay. It will make the Judge and the government corrupt and look money hungry, hence will also make MS and XBLET corrupt and look money hungry.

I don't need to prove anything to u it's for the banned players they will believe me. I don't do this for fun it's for a reason why would I be spewing out false info if I myself got banned I'm doing this for the greater good. That is my proof.

Those rules were created years ago it's now 2017 the older things get the more easier to find weakness in them. Wow it creates a mockery over the enforcement team does anyone really care... I think Microsoft cares about customers and money more then the
ppl they pay... u know with sweet sweet money the item in this world that businesses need the most to stay alive. Enforcement team doesn't care they would still get payed to ban ppl that doesn't change.

Speaking of getting payed I hope u are for being an ambassador. That would be really sad if they didn't and would explain ur work ethics.

Remember when xbox one first got announced and they had all those always online policies...it's not until the players spoke out that it changed.... CHANGE.... look up that word please u need it in ur vocabulary.

If rules are exploited do they still make them rules? If ppl find ways to ban u overlooking the enforcement teams all seeing eye is that justified. No I think not!!

Since u want to bring in crime and compare the two I will do the same. Why is it that murder gets u a sentence of 15-50 years while comiting bad communications gets u a life sentence? I would think murder is more severe don't u my good sir? And may I remind

All you have to do is read the enforcement msg

It's not bad communication that got your perm banned

Those are always temporary banns

If you had read the terms of use and code of conduct you may want to read what leads to perm bans

First egregious enforcement actions meaning if you got suspended 20x you are eventually going to have go learn your lesson and either follow the rules or be banned

You were forgiven multiple times that what you arent getting.

There is only so many warnings they can give you .

And I did read the coc 10 years ago and they stated nowhere that u can be permanently banned cause of communications it must have been added as soon as everything became digital so that way we wastes our money in digital games.

If someone gets banned then it's because they were caught breaking the ToU/CoC & are punished.

Things we all agree to when we start our accounts.

Take responsibility for your actions & accept the fact you will not get a banned account back.

There will not be an option to buy back a banned account.Accept that fact & move on,maybe even try to learn from your mistakes.
