    If you think i'm rude then you are going to be in for quite a shock when you get older & have to deal with the real world.

    I shall reply to whatever post I want.

    Once again,agent & supervisors are nothing to do with the enforcement team or any rule changes that may or may not happen,if you were told anything then it was to get rid of you,plain & simple.

    Instead of looking for my replies on the forums maybe look at other replies here you will find that support agents & supervisors are always telling people what they want to hear just to get rid of them.

    You are not providing a solution,you are just spreading rumours.

    Not sure how i'm bringing people down by posting facts & pointing people in the right direction,especially when a lot of the time they are on the forums because support agents have given them the wrong information.

    Paying to get a banned account back is not going to happen,it completely defeats the object of a permanent ban.

    I'm a college student thank you very much I am in the real world. The agents and supervisors take user ideas and feed it to where it needs to be for a possible solution. The reporting functionality is getting fixed whether u want to belive it or not, that's
    a fact not rumour. And u have to stop believing that agents tell customers what they want to hear if that were true then xbox has the worst customer support ever is that what ur telling me? If u read my idea u would understand that what I'm trying to do is
    fair for both parties. But anyways I'm gonna stop replying and be the better man cause obviously ur to young to understand when to quit it. Your going in circles and don't seem to understand what I'm saying which proves my point.

    I just wanted to say one more thing. About half of the agents I speak to when given the link of the user forums actually go there and vote themselves. Can you believe that actually Microsoft employees are voting for customers to get their accounts back!?
    Unbelievable!! Which goes to show that ur infamous "getting rid of me" spiel is totally not true, I'm sure the customer support reps want to thank u for that heart warming compliment u just gave all of them especially on how hard they work after trying to
    give the best experience well done Daft Badger. #Rekt

    But on a serious note I probably shouldn't have revealed what I said about the reporting system getting fixed but... OooooOOOoooo wait I can't even delete this thread anymore because u reported it woops!! I wouldn't even reply at this point bro hide ur shame
    ppl are getting their banned accounts end of story.

    And fyi there is nothing offical

    Phone support is not policy enforcement that is what you aren't getting

    They have no say or knowledge of those matters nor can they speak for half their coworkerscoworkers pretty sure they have more then one office and yes they do there isn't just one call center

    Ms is a worldwide company and this only affects 1% of players so how odd is it your stats?

    That has any relation to major Nelson or news.xbox.com

    Or the pet team

    So you are a college student,like I said,you will have quite a shock when you get into the real world.As for me being young,thank you for the compliment.I'm probably over twice your age so it's nice to be called young once in a while.

    You do realise that the customer support reps you talk to probably don't even work for Microsoft right? They are 3rd party support companies that Microsoft use which is why a lot of them don't know how things work & tell people what they want to hear because
    they can't help & to get rid of them.

    It wouldn't matter if they voted on an idea on the feedback site,which I highly doubt,it's just another example of them telling you what you want to here.

    You don't seem to understand what we are saying,we have been doing this for a very long time & know how things work,customer support can be pretty terrible at times,i know this from personal experience.

    You have not posted facts whatsoever & are just giving people false hope.

    Say what you want to say about me, but you can't ignore the fact that what I said is true. If MS allows banned people to buy back there banned account, does that mean they really did a mistake of banning a lot of people? Its a **** of a situation and shameful
    of MS if they allow this. So in your dreams mate Everybody who is banned read this :)

    you do realize that you guys don't work for Microsoft either they use u guys. I'm not sure what drives u to continue to do this job or even do u get paid but I can only imagine it's not a very appealing job to have as u have to keep replying to posts like
    these. I'm going to make this very simple so someone as stubborn as u can understand

    The current report system is being used as an exploit to ban other players. My idea that I posted above fixes this and gives a second chance to every unfortunate player who had succumb to this plague. And if u don't want to belive me that's fine idc like
    I said u don't work for Microsoft either so we shouldn't trust u as well. Tell me which company abuses their loyal customers like this I can't even think of any in this world. That is why this system needs to change the longer uve been a customer the more
    susceptible u are to being permanently banned their is no reset.

    But wait let me guess ur going to come back at me with that abnoxious reply "o but u broke the coc" look at how many ppl are writing threads about this the whole accout section is filled with banned reports that means their is a problem.

    Instead of joining to be a corporate figure and just being that stereotypical I've been doing this for a long time kind of guy.. form an opioion yourself actually for once and open ur mind xbox isn't prone to making mistakes. Instead of trying to fight with
    me u could join me but no I guess ur fine with ppl losing all their money their time and effort all down the drain.

    u could actually be a really great guy u know if u hadn't trolled us from the start. U have the capacity to argue and debate traits that be better used in becoming a lawyer or somewhere more appropriate. I have the traits of not losing hope I'm sticking

    About ur reply however this isn't Microsofts mistake. Systems can be outdated if not always updated and as of right now it's being used as an exploit. How was Microsoft supposed to prepare for that so no its not shameful. What's shameful is leaving it like
    that... broken.

    Anything else vampire like I said 3 weeks ago u have ur personality I have mine. I can't change how u think u want to rule with the iron fist I want to give second chances... is that so much to ask in a world so keen on tearing itself apart?

    Never said xbox didn't make mistakes,everyone does.I'm an ambassador because I enjoy it,despite all the "I got banned for nothing" whiners etc.,The majority of people appreciate the help we give,even if it's not the answer they wanted,that's why I've been
    doing it for 6 years.

    If you think i'm some kind of Microsoft suck up then you are sorely mistaken.

    There are over 50 million xbox live users,if the reporting system was as flawed as you say there would be be millions of people complaining but guess what,there aren't.

    The reporting system works just fine.

    You're right,i don't work for Microsoft but after 15 years of owning an xbox & 14 years on xbox live I have a lot of experience & know how things work.

    Just one thread down on this page there is a post where customer support have given someone the wrong info yet again,it happens all the time & it's happened to you,whether you want to accept that or not.

    Permanent bans are a last resort & not issued lightly.Letting someone pay to unban their account defeats the purpose of a permanent ban & would be abused no end.

    It is not going to happen,the sooner you accept that then the better

    ur not reading a thing I wrote about my idea i doubt u even help anybody with that kind of behavior. It's a one more chance how would that be abused? It's for loyal customers that deserve to get the leanancy of idk spending all their money on xbox for 10
    years.

    There aren't millions I never said that but years ago ppl hardly got banned now a days it's becoming a hot topic 10 years later it will effect alot see a pattern?

    That exactly what confuses me about you AreaA5151. What are you really fighting for? What's your agenda?

    Are you fighting for everyone that got perma banned by mistake and loses there content like you claim to be a victim too? Or are you just fighting for the money you've spent for XBOX that has been forfeit due to multiple violations?

    Time to make a solid stand if we are in court and I'm the defense attorney for ET Everybody who is banned read this ;) Love court dramas btw.

    You don't know who reported the thread so don't assume it was an ambassador.

    You lot just don't get it do you?

    There are a set of rules that you agree to follow,if you break those rules you have accept the punishment,just like anything in life.

    Yes,you should give up,you were given several chances yet you still get banned,that goes to show you can not follow a simple set of rules & can't be trusted.

    Your account & content is gone,you will not get it back.There will not be a rule change that lets you buy back the account,again,that defeats the purpose of a permanent ban.

    Why would I want to delete my comments about customer support?

    Today alone I have answered 4 threads where customer support have given out the wrong info,it is something that has been going on for ages & needs to be addressed.

    You seem to think that just because you been using a companies products & services for a certain amount of time that you should get some sort of special treatment.Doesn't work like that.

    There are just as many people getting banned now as there was 5 years ago,it's just things are set up differently now when it comes to ban enquiries & support are sending people to post on the forums instead of sending them to the enforcement site,again,giving
    out the wrong information,which is why it appears more people are getting banned.

    There are more people on xbox live now so more people will get banned as there are more people to break the rules.It's not rocket science.

    Lastly,i am NOT your "bro".
