    Every time I turn on my Brand New Xbox One it makes me Hard reset the router.


    Brand new Xbox one.

    HARD wired to router (5 Feet Away)

    At first it was once a week, gotten progressively worse to every time I boot it up.

    Tells me i'm not connected to the Internet when the Internet Works Fine!!. Makes me

    unplug the router and plug it back in. Can't get a working phone number for Xbox one

    support and I tried the CALL ME feature and it won't accept MY phone number.

    Starting to get a little ridiculous.

    I can't connect to Xbox Live through a wired connection.

    I went through all the help steps and even bought a brand new Linksys E1200 router AND STILL can't connect to XBox Live UNLESS I reset my router every time I turn on my xbox. Pissing me off.



    I'm new to the boards so let me know if I need to post any more info. And when i go to ping, it won't reach the host.

    How i sorted my nat issue

    Select on your router upnp

    Turn router off

    turn xbox off

    turn router on

    turn xbox on

    than hard reset xbox one

    reset router

    nat has stayed open for me stayed open for the last 4 months

    I also have this problem. Im hard wired and always have to reset router on start up.

    Any suggestions??

    Slow, stupid and unresponsive Xbox Live Servers

    By performing a hard reset on my Xbox One and turning my router/modem off/on, I was able to resolve the issue.
