    Every time I try to sign in on the Xbox website, it doesn’t work. Why?


    I’ve had trouble with this for almost a week now. I went to start up Minecraft on Lunar Client, but had noticed that I’d been signed out. No problem, right? I’ll just sign back in. Got to the sign in page, entered the verification code, and… it didn’t sign me in. I wanted to see if it was just a problem with Lunar Client, but the same thing happened on the xbox.com website: After entering the verification code, I’d be sent back to the main page, still not signed in. I tried going on the Minecraft.net website, but when clicking “Sign in with Microsoft” the page couldn’t even open. I’ve already tried clearing my cache, resetting my laptop, trying a different browser, and using a different device to sign in. None of them worked. Weird part is, I’m still somehow signed in to the Minecraft Launcher app, the Xbox app, and any other Microsoft websites. It’s just Lunar Client, xbox.com, and minecraft.net I can’t sign in to. Help?

    I was able to sign in to a different account perfectly fine, seems like it’s only a problem with the other account. I also checked if there was any action I needed to do with my account, but there was nothing.

    For us to further isolate the issue whether it's a website/server issue or account issue, try to sign in to Xbox website using a different account if the same thing happens.

    Make sure as well to check your account through the Microsoft website https://account.microsoft.com/ to check if there's any action you need to do with your account.

    I cannot sign in to the Xbox.com website. Whenever I click sign in it brings up a screen that loads an then I am back on the menu and it still says I'm not signed in. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    I just want to sign in to the website and every time I try I’m always taken back to the Xbox website’s home page there is no game tag in the corner either.
