    get black screen when try to load apps or games

    Every time a black screen appears when I try to launch games and I cannot play games for 3 days. This is very annoying.

    HDCP Handshake Issues - Black Screen in Bluray and Xbox Video apps

    Oh I have to do this every time this black screen appears. No other way to reset the unresponsive console.

    It does it every day no matter the game or app. If I'm playing or watching something and try to go to the home screen BAM!! Black screen. I don't no if it's a bug or something with my X1.

    Im having this same issue. I changed hdmi's but every couple of minutes the screen black out for a few seconds then come back on. I plugged the cable box directly into my tv and the screen does not black out. Last time this happened i had to get a new xbox
