    Every time i try to log in to xbox live on pc the error 0x800704cf pops out


    I bought PC xbox game pass 2 days ago and it was normal.I could log in to games.But today when i tried to play metro exodus i tried to log in but then there was this error 0x800704cf.

    I have no other methods that i know of right now that will help you. I will surf the Web and see if i come across anything, But on this one you might need to go to support.

    Had a similar issue couple months back.

    What I had to end up doing was to force/manually start the Xbox related updates.

    Go to Microsoft Store App > Download and Updates (top right corner) and manually start the updates with any app that calls out for Xbox or Gaming.

    Once that was complete it worked fine for me. Hope it helps.
