    Every time I try to download an account xbox 360 menu on xbox1 I get to the remember password screen and I can’t do anything, the side bar just shows its loading and i cant click sign in- it just freezes :/

    Nothing helped. Is there something I need to download, This is the first time of me trying to install a xbox 360 game. The case it came in does show it working with xbox1. My console is an xbox 1 s if that matters.

    Oh i remember Pretty well to the old 360 Menu... it was Pretty fast an not overloaded.

    I have deleted the account and downloaded it again, a few times actually....

    I will try changing my account setting (password) and see what happens there.

    The only other xbox I have put my account is on my xbox1 and my xbox1 dont have the issues that my xbox does at all....

    What kind of simple ISP problem could I be looking at?

    My games for gold is trying to charge me for some games it let me download xbox1 games but is trying to charge me for 360 games my payment method is valid and like i said no trouble with xbox1 games just 360 castlevania
    Are you sure that you are getting charged? Xbox 360 GWG needs a payment option, but if you check the price you should see that the game is "free".
