    ARK ONLINE..........there isn't even a topic for it......this game is unplayable online, I upgraded my internet to 3x the speed it used to be(over a year ago since I played last, from 3mb-15mb/s connection speed) and believe it or not the lag is even worse
    now than it was via launch!"!?!?!?!?@!#?$321`2/bgefdm v3dk jl3w,mkif3kn not to mention you guys just muted me for defending myself via chat vs a hacker on siege who was extremely vulgar vs what I said (they started it after I called them out for glitching
    under floor 3x rounds in a row siege, didn't even swear, they said smd, NOT THE ACRONYM, THE ACTUAL WORDS I rebuttled via ptsd and get muted even tho I'm pretty sure I reported them first.....) making the game even more unplayable because everything in every
    server is lvl 45-150+ via (easy spawn locations) and I can't communicate to join a clan or ask for help so I just die at spawn, not like I could kill it anyways being level 1-5 w/ the lag being as bad as it is as the cherry on top..... I literally move 30
    feet to lag to 3 feet moved, it's the worst lag ive ever seen.....EVER (ive used dial up before playing runescape). my old connection ran this game flawlessly on pc (low quality) which is what really confuses me since now my pc runs max (EVERYTHING NO PROBLEM)
    but I turn off everything on xbox graph wise and bam, the lag persists. i've talked to several "ambassadors" online, what do they even do?!??#E@??!?!?!?! they just hang up every time i ask a simple question....this isn't a call out for help, it's more of a(give

    I got communication banned and I want to know what I said

    I got communication banned for harassment, and strong language, I call microsoft i ask them about my account they find it I asked what I said to get banned I get no answer then after 10 seconds they hang up on me, I tried calling multiple times and one picked
    up, 1 hour later of waiting then retrying someone picked up and I asked them the same thing and they hang up. Got banned without an explanation.

    Who did you talk to because I would love to have someone talk to because Every time I click on Social it will NOT let me get in to send or get my key or power up so I need someone that will respond to me...............

    Someone told me to try the non-dedicated servers, the page doesn't load, it's been stuck at "searching" for over an hour......this is just beyond me..you guys should be paying us for putting up with this bs...

    the above will be able to tell you more. Usually you were reported for something silly such as killing over and over in GTA:O or something similar. File a case review and see what happens.

    Only the enforcement team can help with that, they do NOT have any direct contact besides through the case review option.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle enforcement issues. You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com if you were suspended for information about the suspension
    and to see about submitting a case review. If the suspension is eligible for a case review, they will occasionally tell you what you did, but generally they will only tell you what you see on the enforcement site.

    Sorry to hear you are running into this enforcement action. In this case the only thing to do would be to reach out to the Enforcement team by going through the
    Enforcement Website and submitting a Case Review to get this looked over.
