    Every time I start my pc my Xbox app opens, but not signed in with XBOX PROFILE. but my Microsoft profile is signed in. None of my games will play. I did the reset in apps under system/apps/Xbox/reset, but when I reboot, the same thing happens.

    I also followed the WSRESET, THE SFC/check, and the repair image from CMD administrator. Also did the commands from Powershell to repair all apps and the store. STILL DIDN'T WORK.

    I uninstalled the games, uninstalled the Xbox app, live app, and Xbox game bar app, reinstalled it all, and the same thing. Even updated windows, and the time/timezone everything is correct. and still won't sign me into my Xbox account. furthermore, all my games come up with an error that says no permissions and can't find game location error. Uninstalling each game and re-installing each game doesn't work. the error says "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item

    Driving me crazy. I also made sure I have FULL Permissions on admin accounts, everyone, and my Microsoft user account. Still won't launch games.

    I DO NOT WANT TO DO A CLEAN INSTALL OR RESTORE - I WANT ALL 3rd party apps and all files. I HAVE 14TB of stuff. NOT BACKED UP. and 8TB of games installed.

    This is till happening. Every time I try to start the game I get the error message about my profile no longer being available and to contact support.



    I am able to sign into the xbox app on my pc and into the Microsoft email address.

    Ok, I checked and my pc is up to date. I logged out and removed my profile from the xbox, then signed out of my account on the pc and android xbox app. I logged back into my xbox, installed the xbox identity app then relogged into my pc account and there
    is still no change.

    I sign into my profile on my Xbox 360, and when I sign in it signs me out of Xbox live. When I sign out of my profile I can sign back into Xbox Live again. it signs me out of Xbox live every time I sign into my profile.

    Hey guys, I got my PC desktop yesterday, and I am having the same problem. I wanted to use my own email instead of my mothers, but that email is tied to my GT. So I ended up accidentally creating a completely new user or xbox live character. And now every
    time that I turn on my computer and open up the games app from the start menu, it will automatically sign me in, but there is no option that I can see that allows me to sign out. I believe this is the same problem as tomoseph so that would be a great help

    So I have already tried to restart my pc but it still did not work I signed out my pc still did not work because I can't even sign in to the Xbox app because the tab to sign in does not show up it opens then closes the tab instantly so I cant do that and I have done the open Xbox app through the Microsoft app and it still does not work.
