Every time I open forza horizon it says load error

Please check and restart essential services by opening Windows’ Services or type “services.msc” in the Start menu and look for:

Xbox Live Auth Manager

Xbox Live Game Save

Xbox Live Networking Service Stop and then restart these services.

And then repair the game installation. If you’re using the Microsoft Store version, go to Settings > Apps > Forza Horizon > Advanced Options. Choose repair.

Next is to update graphics drivers and windows because an outdated graphics drivers or missing Windows updates can cause compatibility issues. Please check your GPU manufacturer’s website (NVIDIA or AMD) for the latest drivers. And make sure that your Windows installation is up to date by going to Settings > Update & Security and installing any pending updates.

Then run system file checker (SFC). To do this, open the Command Prompt and run as Administrator then write: sfc /scannow

After that is to disable overlays and background applications because overlays such as those from NVIDIA GeForce Experience, Discord, or even certain audio utilities like Nahimic can conflict with the game. Please temporarily disable these overlays and closing any unnecessary background apps.

If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, kindly uninstall and then reinstall the game. This ensures that any corrupted game files are replaced with fresh ones.

What game is it? If I were to take a guess, it'd be Forza Horizon 4... I had a similar issue. The initial loading screen took a very long time for me, the first time. It's still slow, but loads. I would recommend opening it up and letting it load.
I got an error message the first time about it not being able to sync the profile, but upon loading up the world, it had my info and progress.

If it's hot FH4, let us know and we can investigate further.

I have Forza Horizon 4 Demo and some races completed, but every time I close and open the app again, it resets like I never opened the game. Is there a fix for this or do I have to buy the real game? Even when saving changes and exiting from the ESC menu it saves nothing.

I feel you bro. I can't do anything on Forza horizon it always says the horizon server is not available at this time, try again later also on black ops 2 I can't get on every time I try to get online it says error lost connection and it does that to just
about every game I play, it also did that to my other Xbox live account I'm sick of it I'm thinking of switching to ps3, but one thing I don't get is the windows 8 dashboard doesn't slow my Xbox down so.
