    Yeah, I went through that page, clicked on "contact us", then clicked XBox One, clicked Accessories, it wanted me to troubleshoot (which my roommate and I have done quite a few times), then when I go past troubleshoot and click Show Other Options, I get
    "Post on the Forums" or "Message with an XBox Gamer".

    The option to talk to actual XBox Live service technicians has completely vanished.

    Pick a different option until you see an option to chat with Xbox support. It usually a very short lead time and in my opinion, better than speaking over the phone.
