Every time I go into the Game Pass section from the dashboard this happens

it should be the full game, did you download it from the game pass section on the dashboard or from the store?

im a bit late here but I have the season pass and what you do is first go to the multiplayer section then press store after going to multiplayer then if you go to the dlc section if your son bought the season pass it should say purchased on it then on the
right of it you should see Nuketown Zombies it should have free on it then download go to the dashboard so you don't have to sit there on one screen and you can look around in there while it downloads if the Nuketown Zombies is not in your active download
on the dashboard go to the far right then press account then download history find Nuketown Zombies and download again that's only if it disappears from your active downloads hope it helps

FYI: with the season pass dlc comes every month so you repeat the same method that I explained

It's always a good idea to keep an eye on the "Leaving Soon" section of Game Pass every few days so you don't get any surprises...games come and go. This was the second time GTAV had been on GP apparently

Hey mate,

Chances are they are just hiding in your "Ready to Install" section.

To get there and install them, go to the dashboard main screen, hit the right trigger to go to the bottom and go into "My games and apps". Then from there, go into the games section (where it shows all of your games) and scroll all the way over to the right
hand side. You'll go passed all your installed games, and then into the "Ready to install" section, where you should hopefully see your GoW games. Just hit the menu button (pause button) on the games, and select "Install" and away you go
