Every Thing works on my one s but not my series s

It came back up. The xbox is new and it only my main account getting passed the setup process was a pain it was trying to reach the server and not making a connection. It's working now but the idea I can't set up my system offline kills the appeal for me. My series s is now my home console and the only issue now is Fatal Frame maiden of Blackwater is not wanting to apply the series update so the console refuses to Launch the game I uninstalled and the game is reinstalling. But after the setup process I had to unplug and replug back in the console five times to bypass the server checks so I can get to the dashboard and log into my profile if something like this happens Xbox needs to be able to create a local profile just to get past the setup process because something so simple turned into a chore that makes PC problems look good

But please make sure that you're signed in under the correct account where the games were purchased.

There's no such thing as an Xbox One Series S. There's an Xbox One S and an Xbox Series S. That game is only available for the Series S/X, not the One. So if you have a One S, it will not work.

The Series X version of the game will also work on a Series S. Are you sure you have a Series S and not a One S? The Series S/X version will not work on a One.
