This same issue happens to me with Forza Horizon, except I never played a disc version and had no previous saves. I bought and downloaded the on demand version and every time I load single player it gives me the disc unreadable message. I have deleted and
downloaded the game several times yet it always gives the same error message. Please help I want to play the game I paid for

Every year COD promises new things. The thing they have yet to achieve is to give us a single player campaign on par with COD4. Everything else is window dressing...

I got the error come on whilst trying to switch the console off, could only do so by unplugging it and every single thing I click on gives me the error, time to buy a playstation!!!

I have having the same problem while trying to download my friend's gamertag. He went through that process and gave me the new password but it still gives me that error message when I try to download it.

After changing avatar with app for win10, my profile completely downloaded.

The main thing - MS fix the 80151103 error or bug.
