    Hello

    Recently I bought access to Xbox game pass on PC and wanted to test some of its games. First I installed The outer worlds, the game after a few minutes crashing and resetting my whole computer, then I tried with Gears 5 and the same situation occurred. The temperatures of the computer's components are fine, windows 10 is updated to the latest version. I don't know what could be the cause of this problem. I would like to add that they crash only games run by Xbox(beta) applications, others work normally. I'm asking for quick help.Greetings

    Please note that beta is beta for a reason and you might need to report the problem on the beta side of things. Please try running via the standard rather than beta incase that is the cause of the issue.

    Have you checked to make sure your graphics card & sound card drivers are the latest versions, and setup properly? Have you also checked that your computer is at the minimum specs for the games you want to play?

    Its impossible to use Xbox access on PC without beta app.

    Drivers are also updated to the latest version, I'm fulfilling the recommended
    specs for playing the game.
