Every Game I insert into Xb1 it comes up with "Do you own this game or app"? Games ...

It comes up with this message every game I put in and now I tried a downloaded game and it work until I quit it and went to play it again. Now it also comes up with the error message.

Seems like a License issue?

Not reading any games

Every game i put in it comes up with the message saying...... do you own this game? Insert it now. If you purchaced this online make sure you are signed in to xbox live. If you do not have the rights to play it you will need to get it at the xbox store.
The code is 0x803f8001. I own the games and its doing it with all the games help please.

 

XB1 reads 360 discs but not XB1 discs or Blu-Ray

I keep getting either the “disc may be dirty” or “if you own this title please insert disc” with every XB1 game disc I own but every backward compatible disc works fine. I’ve searched google and YouTube for a solution but nothing has turned up that is useful.
Help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Sorry you're having issues with your Xbox playing your games. I would suggest doing a hard reset. To do this with the console on hold the power button down for 5-10 seconds until your console quickly shuts off. After its off, turn it back on and try
playing your games again.

 

if the hard reset dosent work , it may be a profile issue ...try to sign out , then back in...if still no , remove the profile then re add it...

 

I done the hard reset with no luck and my xbox One automatically signs me out. This is the third day. I'll try deleting my profile and re downloading it. Really hope this works.

 

I just tried gta 5 my downloaded copy and it's working. I'll try the disk games and if all is well thanks for the support

 

Nah still won't read the disks, I'll call xbox support.

 

I have the same problem. None of my discs are recognized. I can't install either. Fix this Microsoft!
