Every game i buy on my xbox i should be able to easily get on my PC as well.

Why should i have to pay for a game 2 times if i want it on both depending on who i play with that night after all its not my fault its not cross platform so i can just play on my pc on all games with all my friends. also if ur xbox goes out like mine just

Windows LIVE and xobx games. just a question.

So, I know i'll be able to unlock achievements playing on my computer with my gamer tag, But say I want resident evil 5 and I want to play with my friends and im using my PC, will they be able to play with me using there xbox? or do I have to buys the PC
and Xbox version? If I buy for PC will I be able to play on my Xbox as well?

Games on both XBox and PC

If I were to buy for example, Sea of Thieves, on the Microsoft Store on my PC, and I use the same account for the Microsoft Store as well as my XBox, would I get that game on both the Xbox and PC, or just one? Vice versa as well. Thanks

It's up to Publishers whether they become part of 'Play Anywhere'. Microsoft can't force them. MS has zero control with PC games.

Steam does NOT support play anywhere

You must buy from the ns store or xbox store to use it on xbox or pc

Since steam is a completely different marketplace

As long as a game supports Play Anywhere, you can buy it digitally for the Xbox and play it on both the Xbox and PC. Horizon 5 is a Play Anywhere title.
