Every brat with a grudge can get my son kicked off his accoun??? I PAY for this???

Why is it that every kid having a hissy fit can have my son kicked from his live account? You can't even contact these people. I want my money back for every day he cannot play. I pay for this. Why is some secret, hidden group allowed to be gamer gods?

I understand there are times people do need a cooling off period, but tweens are just brats. They get mad and report because they are passive aggressive little monsters. I have forbid my son from reporting, except the time a kid's father got on the mic and
cursed my son.

Why are people taking this? Makes me want to get my son a different console for the next upgrade. Why aren't people screaming???

I can't turn on party chat

I think I know what might be the problem. Does anyone have a 360 connected or running at the same time? When ever I launch a party chat my son on 360 gets kicked off his party chat. Sometimes kicked off his game.

 

reinlist my son on his xbox live accout

My son was reported wrongly and can not get on his xbox live account I paid 60 dollars for a years subscription he was not being inappropriate when he asked the person that reorted him to leave the game I monitor every thing my son does on his xbox If he
is not reinstate you can refund my money and i will return the xbox we can got with another company for gaming this is totally unfair and you did not investigate befor you kicked my son off of xbox live

You do realize that regardless of what you think it's their rules and their network and if you're think switching to another network is going to solve your problem you are probably going to have a multi thousand dollars issue

All networks require you to be rated e for everyone and courteous

It's not rocket science

And fyi no matter the network there is only moderated methods of contact as calling would be spammed by robot callers which would render it useless to answer questuons

 

If your son keeps getting suspensions it's because he keeps violating the ToU/CoC.

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to you are not entitled to a refund for any lost gold time due to enforcement action on your account.
